Question about unlocking items labeled 'goal'.

I hate to ask a question that probably has been answered, but I can't find it as this forum is huge.

When we come across an item in the store that says 'goal'- how do we know what goal we need to complete to unlock it? Is it at the bottom of the goal checklist and I haven't gotten any or can I tell by browsing the goals sticky notes? Also, I play on Android so could the items be iOS only?

Items locked by goals that you have not completed remain locked. You are able to see the items but are unable to purchase them because you either downloaded the game after the time given to complete the goal had expired or didn't participate in the goal when given the chance. It would be great if some of these items were unloacked and available for purchase as a weekly update but unfortunately they are not.
