Blue level star not showing progress

My experience points are tracking on my profile page, but the blue star on my game screen isn't filling up. Has anyone had this problem?

I'm going to take a guess and say you're on level 30? If so that is currently the highest level, while your star looks empty to you, it looks full to everyone else.
