Never get messages

Every time I've had messages in my box when I click on the envelope there's nothing in it? What should I do?

Hi Ajax,

That's a bug. I often see a "30" in the red circle on the envelope. But when I click on it, there is no new message. I assume that means, that 30 requests for donation passed when you were not online.
