How much to upgrade RH to 10?

I dont even have money to upgrade to lvl 6 Hall.
Impossible to save because all money goes to strengthen walls and balance is robbed by attackers !

Ummm... Yah. If the cost is no problem, do your RH10 upgrade right after the RH9 is finished. Then you can use the 2 weeks to work on the buildings and upgrades unlocked by RH9, and have them all done by the time the ropes come off the hall.
Besides, it's the last RH (until they get around to releasing RH11), so what's the rush?
