I feel like I am not playing the right version, but I update whenever available! I am trying to get the red things to make adamant bar and it says to get from dragon. The only way I know to get the dragon is to buy it with gems. Is there another way? Thanks

Dragon eggs drop from the forbidden roost but it is a rare drop. That is where I got my egg from. But then to hatch it into a dragon takes many more steps.
