what is the max level of every building?

when you are upgrading a building is there a "top level" upgrade? and if so is it diff from one building to another?

and also what buildings do you guys recommend to upgrade and whats not? and until which level?

Different buildings have different upgrades, some none at all. Most can be upgraded to level 5, which generally shortens collection times, improves royal points, if any, and results in more gold, depending on the type of building.

Upgrading resource buildings like mines, stables, etc, will help you get more materials faster, upgrading the marketplace, tavern, and other coin buildings will help you get wealth faster. Most of this just depends on where you are at in the game, and what resources you need to advance and finish goals.
