How many neighbours do you need to get the last expansion?

I tip and gift my nbrs daily, but since I have a busy life I cannot maintain a large number of nbrs. I want to know how many do I actually "need"? That would be the number I will keep up with :)

For bs, 50 neighbors needed for the last expansion. As for rs, you need 60 neighbors for the last expansion if I'm not wrong. :)

Thanks for the info! Phew, huge relief... I thought we will need 100s of nbrs. 50 is definitely manageable :)

You can always go to the add me section and ask for neighbours who won't mind if you delete them after you do your expansion.
