Gifts of gold not appearing

My neighbours are sending me gold gifts but they're not adding to my total.

Tried restarting device, still not showing?

Any help please?

and you have "accepted" the gift? there's a button you have to click.

You will see new gold sent to you today, plus a list of gold that has already been sent and accepted by you over the last few days.
If you have already accepted then the button will be greyed out. If new, then you should be able to accept.

Thanks for that. I've never seen an "accept" button; an earlier post I read said it was accepted automatically. Also, when you say I "will see new gold sent", I can't find this. When the system "checks in" online it brings up the news feed, but is there another place I can look specifically for gold that's been sent recently as you appear to say?

When you get to your news feed make sure you scroll all the way to the top. If gold list is not there I recommend you email support@teamlava.com.
