Locked Food In Ovens

I assume this has been asked before but I don't know how to search for it correctly. On both BS and RS there are locked food items in certain ovens. The recipes are holiday recipes. Will we be given a chance to unlock these foods or are we just out of luck?

They were parts of goals. Goals for last Christmas for example wont be able to be achieved because they have expired... so nope the receipes cannot be unlocked
