HELP!mummy dog ran away!

I can't find my mummy dog,rang the bell, LOTS,only corgi came back,searched everywhere,can't find him,even in storage.i had moved stuff around,but I know I didn't sell him,please give him back,I can't even re purchase him as he was limited,I'm so upset,please help(and yes,I've emailed TL,just covering my bases)would any TL employee please check my account and find out where he went,I desperately want him back,thank you
