Customer Slowdown?

Is anyone else noticing a major customer slowdown? Before today, when I opened the restaurant, people flooded in until almost all of my tables were full. Now it looks like the game will not give me more than 20 customers at any one time? I don't know if it matters but I am using the Kindle version.

I believe the game has always limited your customers to around 28 in your bakery at any one time.

This is not a post about bakery story. Also, I use to get about 28 but now 20 is the max.

Have you changed your layout? I'm still receiving 28 at a time, in both RS and Bakery.
