Strange Decorations

Hello! Has anyone else notcied a cake-like plataform where there is Android's logo with a hat and a red orb with wings and spikes coming out of it? I saw info that the one with Android logo was to celebrate an Android celebration and of the other decoration that it was Android-exclusive and limited to one per account. Any suggestions? It doesn't really do anything though :p They're just decorations :D I have the monument when I transferred my game to Android 4 months ago lol
