Items bought with crystals not appearing !!

I have just bought for 24 crystals the action chef set and nothing happened and all my crystals have gone, also bought the two green confectionary labs from the goals and these are not available either
Any ideas on what to do ???

Try restarting your device then check your inventory to see if they show up.

When you say inventory do you mean the section when you are designing ?? I have turned iPad off and still nothing ??
I have emailed support already but it really annoying me. If I deleted game and reinstalled could that help , I don't want to loose my game as it has taken me ages to get to where I am plus i have nearly a million coins

Yes, your inventory is part of the design menu. When you're scrolling through the tabs, there will be a little (x1) or more if you have that items in storage.

You can delete and reinstall without worry - your progress is saved on TLs servers.

Uninstalled and reinstalled made no difference at all , still nothing with x1 for these items !!!
