When trying to buy gems yesterday the screen says processing .... and keeps saying that for no more than 12 hours!!! I can't do anything to return to the normal screen, it just keeps saying processing. The music works and I even received a push message my crops are ready to harvast, but I can't do anything!!!!! Please help me, how do I restart my game without losing everything??
