not syncing and gets stuck on processing screen

I'm on android, note 2, have cleared out my cache and data, and tried several versions of rs with same results.after a short
while of playing sync error and then when visiting neighbors gets stuck on the processing window.what's going on team lava?

Also try restarting your device, and also deleting and redownloading the game.
