unlock recipe

I have played bakery story for a long long time, I have almost done for every recipe, but there are some which I can not cook. I am curious if there is some way that I can unlock it?

anyone knows it?

If it's seasonal then you wouldn't be able too. I keep seeing the christmas recipes at the back of my cookbook it's annoying to see LOCKED next to it.
