How do I get the jewelled talon ??

I have been stuck on this for ages. I need the jewelled talon to expand and don't know where from. I don't have any more challenges to complete so how do I get it ?? Please help :mad:

You get it from Sabina after expanding to her and cutting her hair.

Yeah I've done all that and made the cakes etc. she's just sat there doing nothing lol. When I click on her it says ask thurston but I cannot expand to his tower without the talon ???

Thurston doesn't have a tower, he's the naked guy shivering over on the left of the map, assuming you haven't expanded to him yet. If you have him wandering around, I think you find him in the Tavern drinking root beer.
