Are armory promotions permanent? I thought that price tag was ridiculous for just promoting 1 individual unit. If it's all of them and permanent then... that's cool.

Armory promotions are permanent. Once u promote one kind of troop all of them become stronger

Please clarify what you mean. If you are asking if you promote a warrior will all warriors be promoted to a higher level then yes. If you are asking if you promote a warrior will all troops, warriors, archers, mages, etc. etc. be promoted one level then no. The timer has also increased on the time it takes to upgrade troops.
