Info on all the recipes in the thread below so you can calculate. Assume 42000 plates of food sold in a day, with your tables/chairs near the doors.

The only other thing I can suggest is to cook the higher coin foods. They will be listed on the spreadsheet on the link in the previous post.

So....just to confirm a theory I have;
Do ANY of the higher priced plates come from specialty, buildable or goal ovens?

when we're talking about high coin should we be looking at high coins per hour (rather than serving) - if so why are we doing red velvets?

We should always be looking at coin per serving when generating revenue. Time has no bearing cause the max number of sales per minute aka EHPM (Exiting Hearts Per Minute) is 60. No matter ure layout or number of doors highest effeciency is 60 EHPM. Therefore secret sauce to generating revenue (if that's ure focus) is to serve dishes that yield the max # of coins per serving. If you serve brownies at $4 per plate for 60 seconds u make $240. RVC (Red Velvet Cake) at $12 a serving for 60 secs? = $720 3x more than the average 4coin dish. Here's a list of money makers:

Red Velvet Cake, Sugar Cookies, Earl Grey Tea, Latte, Love Potion, Hot Apple Cider, Cappuccino n Cinnamon Rolls.
