I play on an Android. After looking through the posts here, I see there are things like summoning and candy corn. Is this not available on Android?

Nope. Android has no additional features, just regular breeding. So, if you see people talking about anything other just regular breeding, ignore it. Android gets nothing but the basics.

I am sorry but the summoning feature is only offered to IOS players.

Androids can get these dragons from breeding.
