New and confused, please help

I am still new and been trying to locate answer on my own but can not seem to find it.

I have gotten all the witch hats but not sure how to use them?

Or is it such that nedd all the items to be able to get the specail dragons? Ones which require witch hats ect

Another thing i keep growing food but not getting any of the candy corn, i have tried harvesting each type and still nothing, suggestion?

The witch hate are part of dragon summoning. You can check out the sticky at the top of the page for more info, but basically if you collect enough witch hats through questing, pumpkins through breeding, and candy corns by collecting crops you can summon a wraith and a headless dragon. You don't need to do anything with the items but will get these dragons in your inventory once you have completed the collections.
