Hiya my phone has been damaged and needs replacing how can i keep my game on my new device as i have nearly 50 gems and om on level 40 so dont want to lose it all. TrishaRobo

You can email support@teamlava.com (support@teamlava.com) and they can transfer your games.

You can also transfer yourself:

If you have already set up a new storm ID on your new device, you will not be able to transfer yourself.

If you play on IOS, you can also try to recover your games (if you had a password set up)

Omg so much easier then all that.. If you gave an iPhone go download restaurant story and click on main/social/invite friends/ account settings/log into another account. MAKE SURE u have a password set first so u can put your storm id then pw then after log in go back to bakery story and there u go. That's how I play both my accounts.

Yep, as Kooky stated, you can also use the logon feature if you are playing on an iOS device. But it must be running on iOS 7 with the most current version of restaurant story.
