Setting of the 2nd Sun Goal

Does anybody know what the cluster of gems that you get as a reward is suppose to be for? I am wondering if this goal is worth spending money on a Night Banner to complete it.

Just small fancy decoration that are for players with money to burn. And/or are really into completing all of the goals. I still have goals for the fire and genie dragons for Pete's sake!
