How to log in to Dragon Story?

I had to get a new, replacement phone. When I restored it with a backup of my old one, my progress on Dragon Story was reset. I have an ID and password made with the one I was playing. I read that there's supposed to be a way to log in, but where is it? I don't even see a way to log out. Please help!

If your on iOS download restaurant story and follow the steps in this thread (http://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?59902-New-Restaurant-Update) to transfer your game.

If your on android try the storm8 method in this thread (http://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?54910-ID-Transfer-Storm8-Method).

Otherwise email support@teamlava.com and get them to do the transfer (can take a couple of days).
