Add an ignore button

Since we have no pm or wall, can we have an ignore button so we can ignore all of the annoying people in GC? Some of us enjoy chatting while waiting on troops and the few random spammers, and crude individuals need an ignore button. Reporting them does nothing and a lot of them are trolls that while can be entertaining easily become a thorn in your side.
