What does it mean by "elder" in the alliance?

Hey! To answer your question, Elders in alliances are able to promote other players into Elders. Leaders, on the other hand, are able to Promote players, Kick players, and Demote players. Hope that answers it!

Elders can also invite people into the alliance and accept/reject those who ask to join ^^

By pressing on the green arrow (in chat) and then pressing on "invite". :-)

That is no silly question. The alliance leader and elders have the possibility to promote member. They do it on the alliance overview page (red flag). :-)

That means that your leader did not promote anybody yet. I am the leader of UNBREAKABLE, and i have promoted the people I trust to elders. i am very happy about them and they help me a lot.
