Item cannot be moved

I wanna move few things on another island but it not moving to another island at all. There is somekind of hidden wall between two island

please dev help me with bug or give some solution.
I have screenshot but i cant see any attatch option on forum.

Put you finger on the item and drag it your finger over(the item may not move with your finger) to the area, then lift up your finger and the item should move.
