This is only a game - it's impossible to assume the leader is going to be on 24/7. Accordingly, elders need the ability to kick people (if the leader allows them to). Most of the higher level alliance have secondary alliances, and if the leader isn't around to boot people, players from the secondary alliance have no means to rejoin the main alliance. This is especially important during the last minutes of the tournament, kicking the lower level players so the higher level players from the secondary alliance can rejoin.

Agreed, elders are needed to run a alliance and they need the ability to kick.

This would be very helpful indeed.

Also if we could have an alliance wall (similar to Dragon Story) that shows the recent alliance actions (who kicked/invited/accepted/declined whoever) that would also be very helpful to see what's happened recently.

It appears that Elders now have ability to accept invitations from applicants to join an alliance - if its private. This was previously only something a Leader could do.

How about extending an Elder's role to being able to boot players as well?

The former is mildly useful, but the latter would be very useful.

Prime example of why elders need more abilities;

KingDom - The number 2 (sometimes number 1) alliance on the server is now without a leader. HOPR has gone absent. If elders aren't given the ability to promote someone new to a leader, the alliance is lost.

Yeah, giving a voting right to the elders to change the leader could be nice

I would add it would be great to have an Elder's Chat Room where elders could go discuss things in private together. You can't talk freely in the alliance chat without causing major drama.

Lastly 'sticky posts' where alliance news & updates could be shared would be great. The scrolling is not near as useful. Or use the inbox as a tool for the Leader/Elders to deliver information/updates.
