Battle with Ice Age Dragons

Hello,
I have to beat an Ice Age dragon in my battle arena, and with a calculator I calculated that I have to use my Abominable Dragon to have the greatest chance of winning, but in my list none of my dragons from the Arctic Isles show up! They don't show up in 'normal' dragon story nor in the halloween version. Is this a glitch? Does anyone have this problem too? (I'm using ios6 btw)

You cannot use arctic dragons in the battles.
