Halloween contest is not crediting

I am trying to complete the Halloween challenge but the game does not credit me for growing and harvesting food. When I click on the green icon to "go now" it takes me to the market and tells me that I have maxed my treat farms. I can't get everything I need without the candy corn for food.

I have same issue. I think it may be affecting many users. I have grown and harvested all kinds of food, and do not see it giving any candy corn.
