Juicer or jeweler building?

HI, which building is more advantageous in the game, the Juicer or the Jeweler? I have max fruit trees and have advanced to the mine. I can only get one and it'll be awhile before I will be able to afford another building. Thank You In Advance!

I'm looking for the same info could someone also mention how many products the juicer starts off with how long it takes to make one unit and what it takes to make it! Thanks for the help!

Thanks Kooky! Love the guide, very helpful all around. I think I'll get the juicer since fruit and vegetables are more consistent and reliable. I can't even come up with enough mine items for the train so splitting them with a workshop, plane and train will be nearly impossible. Juicer it is! Thanks!
