What's your favorite real food to cook?

I cook at a mom and pop pizza place by day, but love to grill a great steak. And of course plan all my food for the next days game.

I love serving the lobster and seafood paella.. Sometimes I forget to get them cooking for the next day though. I hate that it takes 16 hrs to cook.. and the 2 days items are such a downer too, I wish there were more foods at the smaller time levels.
I like cooking the pizza too, that graphic makes it look yummy =)
