Installing Help!

Hello,

I just finally managed to transfer my games from my old iPad 1 to my new iPad 2. I then restored my old iPad to factory settings because I am selling my old iPad to my niece who would like to download the "Story" games. When she downloads the games my games keep coming up! How do you reinstall a new game on an old device with a new owner?

The Storm ID: (that I can't be removed) laurelsail
Device: (the new game needs to be installed on) iPad 1 that has been restored to the factory settings.

If your storm ID on your ipad 2 is now laurelsail, then try deleting the games off your Ipad 1, then redown them from the app store.
If you are still seeing laurelsail as the storm ID on the Ipad 1, you will need to send an email to support@teamlava.com

If your storm ID on your Ipad 2 is now different, then you will need to email support and tell them there is a new owner of the Ipad 1.
