I need help in bakery story 2. This was just introduced and not yet functioning well. Can't click on Liam.
We're excited to announce a new Login feature currently available in a limited number of games! Use the Account Settings option to set up your Storm8 ID and password to access your account on multiple devices.

Directions for Restaurant Story 1.7:

1. On your main account on your OLD device, create a password in the Help/FAQ within any game.

3. Look for Account Settings on the NEW device or device you want to use in the Storm8 menu or the Social tab.

You can use this feature in our games to log into the Storm8 you want to use, which will affect all games linked to the account!

What if I have more than one account because I have multiple devices?
As long as you create a password for each account, you can log into whichever account you want to play when you switch devices!

What's the Connect to Game Center option? (iOS only!)
You will be able to link one account to your Game Center ID. Tap Connect to Game Center to link the current account to your Game Center ID.

Once you have an account linked to Game Center, you can sign into Game Center on any Apple device and tap Connect to Game Center to recover your linked account to the device you're using!

What if I don't remember my password?
Our support team will need to help recover your account this time. Please email us depending on the game you need help with:

But once you get your account back, you can update your password so you can use this login feature in the future.

You have no idea how long it took me to find this information. MULTIPLE advanced searches of the forum got me nowhere, until I scanned the search result dates to find something reasonably recent... Seriously, guys, in this day and age people upgrade devices often enough that you should make it an option SOMEWHERE on the game to log in with an existing Storm 8 ID. Frustrating to have the game tell me "that ID is already taken," YEAH NO KIDDING.

I completely agree! It took me ages to find this. Questions were not answered and I was ready to give up on Castle Story completely

Only the games shown on post 1 of this thread have the login feature. You will need to use one of those games.
When you use the feature, your storm ID and all storm 8 games will also transfer over to your new device. You may need to restart your fashion game after you transfer.

It's only available on restaurant but just download restaurant and sign into the account you want.... Then open your bakery game and should be there.

Your son will need to email to support@storm8.com and tell them they have a new device and there is a previous storm ID on the phone from the previous owner.

On post 1 is a list of games that have the login feature. Use one of those games to transfer. When you transfer all games under your device will also transfer over including your castle game.

It's just notifying you that your temporary Storm8 ID does not have a password, so by proceeding, you will recover your original but lose access to your temporary. If you don't want to play with the temporary account, you can proceed. If you want both accounts, make a password first before you login. :)

Check post 1. There are only a few games that you can use when you are on your android device. If you do not have one of the games, just download it so you can use it for the transfer back to your IOS device.
(You may have to force close you games on your IOS device to see the transfer. )

Best game transfer experience thus far! If I had known of this last year I would have traded in my old iPad for a better promo. It is only 100$ now so decided to keep it. Not sure if the in- game instruction still says to record all of friends and gems or current level then call support staff to transfer the game but that was what stuck in my mind since 😬

Yes. That was what I just did. Sweet. Here's everything I did if that helps. I backed up my old iPad to iCloud then set up the new iPad with that backup. It restored the DS game purchased but as blank new game. I started playing it then I went in Neighbor to attempt to invite someone. It then asked me to create a new ID. I entered my existing user name so of course it said that username has been taken. But then it gave the option to login existing account. So I did, and the current game progresses was brought over.

On her iphone she can use a game shown on post 1 and login into your baby account using that storm ID and the password you have set up.
Those games will then be on her iphone and also remain on your iphone.

When you transfer with one game, all games under your storm ID and ipod will also transfer over.
You may need to restart your farm game to see the transfer.

After doing some research I learned the option to add the ID and transfer my account was only available through dragon story and bakery story. I downloaded both and put in my ID and it pulled up both of my old games. It did not however transfer my bubble and candy game with it. I uninstelled both the bubble and candy game then reinstalled them. Still nothing. Am I missing something? How do I get those two games to transfer over like dragon story and bakery story did?

They should of transferred since the storm ID is the same for all your games.

Bakery 2 does not have the login feature. You will need to use a game shown in post 1 to do the login.

Use a game shown in post 1 to transfer over. Once you transfer your storm ID with one game all games including castle under your old device will also transfer over.

I've messed up bad on my mothers ipad.

We were logged in on my account since the beginning, but after some updates on some games she started to be logged in in my gamecenter account so i wanted to seperated our progress but now my mom is everything eraeased. She had a storm8 id on all the games but the transfer did not go good. Jewelmania and candy mania and bubble mania al is back to lvl1

I made a new apple id for her and tried to login in the game with her storm8 id and password transfer didnt work and everything is gone now.

And i dont know what to do now.

I've messed up bad on my mothers ipad.

We were logged in on my account since the beginning, but after some updates on some games she started to be logged in in my gamecenter account so i wanted to seperated our progress but now my mom is everything eraeased. She had a storm8 id on all the games but the transfer did not go good. Jewelmania and candy mania and bubble mania al is back to lvl1

I made a new apple id for her and tried to login in the game with her storm8 id and password transfer didnt work and everything is gone now.

And i dont know what to do now.

Ok, so.. I'm trying to accept neighbor requests on Dragon Story. It tells me: "To connect with your friends in Dragon Story, you need a Storm8 account. It's free and anyone can join." I go to my profile, and island name is set. Go to Social to "Log in to Existing Account" and put in my login info, hit login, and is asks me "Game progress to be transferred to this device" ... since this device is the only device I have this login on, I hit "Proceed"... It tells me I have not chosen a password on this account... I'm now confused. I go to help/FAQ and set my password... password has been changed. Go back to Social, to invite, and again I have "Before you can add neighbors, you need a Storm8 ID" so I try to log in again... This is getting very irritating, but I like the game, a LOT... same password warning message... screw it, proceed.... takes me back to my game... ok, so let's see if I can accept neighbor requests... Nope... right back to the "must have a Storm8 ID" .... Really? What's going on, please!?!?!?!

Hi mods, could you please elaborate on this statement made at the Restaurant Story bugs thread? By connecting our games to Game Center/Facebook via version 1.7.8, does it mean we're back to how the game used to be before the login feature was released and we won't be able open or use our secondary accounts using the same device anymore? Or can we still use BS or DS to login to other accounts since those apps didn't have an update?

What will happen to our secondary accounts? Can we still use them at all and how? If our main account is now tied-in with our AppleIDs/Game Center/Facebook, do we need a separate AppleID/Facebook for our secondary accounts just so we can use them to login and out?

For those of use who haven't updated to the newest version, are we going to be affected of this change? Will we be able to continue using the login feature as long as we don't update?

It would be greatly appreciated if you could address all these concerns, given this change was done without prior notice or and we weren't given any information on how to navigate it. Thanks.

You will need to use a game in post 1. If you are only playing fashion just download one the games in post 1 to do the transfer. Your fashion game will also transfer over.

I'm very confused.

I currently have one id on iPhone 4s I'm getting a new phone soon, hoping to keep same number will certainly be same provider, a friend is selling it to me so I'm gonna have to get it unlocked first.

I play bakery story 2, castle story and cupcake mania on it. I especially don't want to lose the castle story as I've been playing it for years! And doing rather well so it would be a shame to lose it.

I am NOT technically minded so as simple as possible please.

From reading the thread do I need a different id/password/anything else? How and where do I set this up?

I updated Restaurant Story on my i0S and all was fine. I went to play on my Android, as I have always done and it had re-set to level 1. When I tried to log into S8 Network on my Android it would only transfer my Restaurant Story to level 1; every other game was fine. I have force closed, uninstalled & reinstalled and it is still level 1. I have no option to log into my Facebook on the game so can't connect through that way. I emailed support on the 22 Feb and they haven't replied. I try to consider myself lucky to still be able to play on my iOS but use my Android a lot when travelling as it has free wi-fi. :(

There is currently an issue with RS. Please send an email to support@storm8.com for assistance in recovering your game.

If you connected your game to the Game Center, try logging back into the Game Center you signed in on to access your progress.

You may have to try connecting to the Game Center, then log out on your device, then reconnect to the Game Center.

Well my restaurant is still at level 1 on my Android (after being at level 99). I emailed support on the 22nd February and apart from the generated reply I have heard nothing from them. I had an old Baking story game like 2-3 years ago on an android which I hadn't played since I lost that device. Well I tried installing the game on my old iPad and couldn't remeber log info for the old account, so I had an empty (new/unused) game stored on my Game Center account.

Well I recently started playing again, after 3 days I'm almost level 20! Anyway, I started playing on an android tablet and created a new account. I downloaded the game again on my iPhone wanting to set up my new account with my GameCenter. Problem is I wasn't asked to log in right away so I created another empty account with the Game Center. Sure I can log in with my storm8 id but I really want to connect to GameCenter because a lot of the friends I have there also play bakery story.

Sooo... Is there anyway to remove those empty accounts so I can connect my current (and only) bakery story account to my GameCenter account?

I go back and forth several times a day and it's never caused any problem. The thing to remember is to close your games on each device when you stop playing, nothing horrible will happen but you can lose some progress. ( I too play several S8 games with 2 user names )

I was just wondering though, in some of the games (such as bakery story, restaurant story, etc.) where you select all of the friends you would like to request materials from or send gifts to, will there ever be a "Select All" feature added? You must had missed out my respond to your bug post. To add, you can go to your FB and delete BS2 under FB apps settings and login to your FB via BS2 again.

No sorry logging out of Facebook, removing bakery story and Game Center etc doesn't work! My level 39 game doesn't come back and my quick serves are under this reset game 1. The powers that be probably thought we had too many quick serves so they came up with this to limit us! I wish this game were like castle story where you can get neighbor's in the app so you don't have to rely on Facebook for anything! It's very curious to me that this came in a update and it seems no response from them!

Yes you will have access to the games on both. Just dont play on both simultaneously. And you are correct, always close out the games before you do the transfer.

Nope you definitely wont lose your game data, you just need to make sure you have the Storm8 ID and password. This will help to recover your games. Happy gaming!

Are Castle Story and Bakery story 2 on the same account as the other two games? The Login feature will transfer all games under the same account; it doesn't transfer individual games. Please read post 1 on this thread. You will need to use a game shown in post 1 (do not use restaurant story). Once you log in with one of those games all games including Farm 2 will also move over to your new device. You will need to force close and restart your games .

Yes it's definitely possible to recover your game so dont worry. You can use either Bakery Story or Candy Blast Mania to transfer the games to the new device. If you aren't playing either, it's ok, just download the app and follow the instructions in Post 1 and use the Login feature to transfer. All games under the account, including slots777, will be transferred over. If you aren't sure how to, you can send an email to support@storm8.com and have an agent to help you to transfer. :)

I think they are iOS items if I remember correctly. I suggest that you send an email to support@storm8.com and have an agent assist you in storing the iOS items for all your games if you're only playing on Android device.

I am trying to figure out how to change my old games on my iphone 6 to my new iphone 7. I am using Fish Mania to log into my new account. It says it is transferring/overwriting the current games but when I go to run any of my games they are all at level 1.

Thanks for trying to help. I already had done that and it didn't work. I did solve it... the problem is the log in process appears to work in fish mania but doesn't for some reason. I downloaded fruit splash mania and logged in and that worked.

So perhaps fish mania does not work properly on the iPhone 7+. Using fruit splash does. Don't know if fish mania is still supported. It's been a very long time since that game has been updated

Farm Story 2 does not have this Login feature in the game but you can use Bakery Story to transfer your games. Once you have done the transfer, all of your Storm8 games (including Farm Story 2) under this account will be transferred over.

Restaurant Story no longer has this login feature. You can use Bakery Story to transfer your games (see Post 1 of current thread). All games under your account including RS will transfer over.

Always make sure you force close all the games so when you switch IDs the game opens with the right one. :)

Dont worry, Fashion Story does not have this feature but you can use other games like Bakery Story (see Post 1) to transfer all your games over. Afterwhich, you'll get back your Fashion Story. :)

2. Click on the login feature button in diamond quest to transfer.

Farm 2 and some other games do not have this Login button but you can use another game to transfer all games under your account over.

Before I got my new iPhone I redownload restaurant story 2 and changed my password so that I knew what it was, then I got the new iPhone did a restore from computer and all my apps downloaded including rs2. I played the tutorial and waited till the blue logo appeared, once I pressed sign into an account I hit login to another account and typed in my info. A new screen popped up asking that the data from the games will be changed over permanently, I looked through the list cause I was surprised at how many games I had, and noticed that rs1 was set at a level 1.

I have played rs1 for 4 years now and have been at level 99 for nearly as long, I am afraid that when I transfer my id to the new phone I will lose my restaurant. I would like to find out why rs1 is not registered as a level 99 game and how to transfer that game onto my new phone.

Try logging into the game center to see if you can find your RS game.

To log back into Game Center, please follow these instructions on your device:

1. Device Settings (little silver cog icon on your device)
2. scroll all the way down to Game Center
3. tap Game Center and login where it says Apple ID.

If you use an apple device (and you played on an apple device before), please log into the game center to try and retrieve your RS game. You may need to restart your device after logging in.
If you play on android device, please submit a support ticket so an agent can assist in recovering your game.

I had a strange thing happen my game is on an iPhone. But I also have a few games on an android with different ID. While using the android, I used the feature to sign in as a different account. (I think my iPhone was charging) Instead of bringing all my games over, it opened a brand new game... Then I made the mistake of thinking ok I will start up a new one for fun. But I forgot I was using the ID & password from my already established level 99 IOS game.
What I don't understand is why didn't my level 99 game show up? Why did a new game pop up? Is it because I was trying to bring a game from IOS onto an android?
Because of the confusion I never play those IOS games on the abdroid.

Hi, I was wondering if there's a way to restart a game on a device that you've already logged into with a different account?

I'm afraid you cant restart a game, unless you purchase another new device to create a new Storm8 ID.

All your Storm8 games use the same ID for your existing account. You'll need to have a new device in order to create another account.

I had an old iphone where my FF was at level 178.
I bought a new iphone and move my FF level 178 in the new iphone.
In the old iphone I would like to install another FF and start from zero.
How do I do that?

Hi Guys! when i update my software on Oneplus 3 i have lost all data on device and On Frozen Frenzy Mania and when i reinstalled the app again the support id has changed and i have start again from level 1.I tried to restore the data using titanium backup but still the game has be*** from level 1.Today when i played the game i was at level 761 latest episode.How to recover my game data on Android Device?Thank You!

I've successfully restored the game data but the problem I have is when I played latest this game I was on level 761 latest episode and restore data was only until level 573.I think that from 573 to level 761 my support Id has changed. Is any way to recover data until level 761?

Can we switch accounts in Fashion Story? I remember it used to be possible when I bought my iphone 6 two years ago. Now that I have gotten a iphone 7 and wanted to access my existing account, I don't see the link that allows me to login to a different account. Any help would be appreciated.

You can use any of the games listed in Post 1 of current thread to access to the Login feature. Once you transferred, all your games including Fashion Story will be transferred over to your new device. :)

Thanks for the reply. It did not work though. It only connected the game that I used to access the Login feature to my new phone. Is there anything else I could do?

Hmmm that's strange cos it always worked for me. Are you logged into Game Center? Try that and restart your game.

I go to Bakery or Dragon Story to switch Accounts. Some games don't have the option. Unfortunately Restaurant Story no longer transfers. 😢 If you are on abdroid you can sign in as another account at Restaurant Story to bring that game over. Unfortunately I have an android game on hubby's android but my phone is iPhone and iPhone doesn't allow me to transfer accounts at RS.

Although we can't use RS, we can use other games to do the transfer and once you do, all games including RS under your account will be transferred over.

Welcome to the forum. :)

You can use Bakery Story to access the Login feature to transfer all your games over to your new phone. See Post 1 of current thread.

Besides that, you should contact Support via support form (https://support.storm8.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) and have an agent store your iOS items in your farm if you're no longer playing on your iOS device. See Post 1 of Thread: Logging in with different device / Have a new device (https://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?90176-Logging-in-with-different-device-Have-a-new-device) in Farm Story 2 forum for more information.
