Cooked food not appearing on counters.?????

The lobster will be done, I prep and serve, loose my wifi connection, come back and no lobster. 15 hours of cooking space gone. Has this happened to anyone else? I need help!!!

I cooked four pots of macaroni cheese over night, I prepared and served and the next thing they've gone. Very annoying!!!
