purchasing gems

Anyone else having trouble purchasing gems today? I have bought before with no problem. Thanks ;-)

Sorry to hear about that. What happens when you try to purchase Gems? Please let us know about any error messages.

It keeps sayig transaction didnt go through, try again in 30 minutes. I have tried everything from rebooting to reinstalling, etcetera. I have 3 gems left help! ;-)

It also says transaction is high risk. Trying to buy while on sale today. Never has this problem before.

If you play on an apple device, (IOS) try a couple of things.
Switch to wifi. If you are already playing on wifi, try turning wifi off then back on.

Next do a hard reset of your device. Hold down the on and home buttons at the same time until you see the apple sign.

I am on a galaxy tablet, not apple. Have turned device off, etc. I could finally get a small order of gems in Restaurant, but Bakery still acting up.

Have you checked your Google Wallet? You may need to accept terms and conditions.

Thanks for the idea...checked account and all is well... I would sure hate to quit playing these...
