If there was just a picture I've had to make up the written description and name. Apologies if I've got this a bit wrong. Those of you who've been on the forum for ages will know that I'm that too good with fashion terminology. I know what I like, I'm just not fussed about what it's called.

I don't know if this counts as a gameplay suggestion, but I would love it if you guys could make it possible to wear layers. By layers I mean a being able to wear a jacket over our favorite top or being able to wear tights or leggings with a skirt or shorts. I wold love to see this.

YES!! I noticed that someone (OK, I know who) liked the fact that the new Halloween outfit had a jacket. But it was part of the dress, so cannot be used with any other outfit (in your closet to dress your avatar). I would love if, first, that jacket were separate from the dress so I could use it with another (non-Halloween outfit), and second (or should this be first? lol), if we could use layers so that we could put such a jacket over a tee and jeans (for example).

The first outfit is inspired by Wednesday Addams. I tried to find an outfit inspired by Morticia Addams and the second one one popped up. It doesn't really look Morticia's dress but it's still fabulous. Don't mistake these as Halloween outfits. Yes the first one would be awesome as a Wednesday costume, but these can be worn for occasions other than Halloween.

Post #8: LOVE the Leather & Lace catalogue, perfect mix of feminine and edgy. Love the color combination of the rose crown. I also like the red dress in the second outfit, the sweater needs to be pulled up or something, don't care for sloppiness. I also really like the Cream & Sugar outfit, every piece of it is awesome.

Post #10: Love the dress, THE SHOES, the necklace, the EYE MAKEUP is gorgous and so perfect, I want this exact same eyes and makeup for my avatar, also love the nail polish, ring, clutch. The makeup table with legs stand is a bit odd but I think it's interesting, I would probably buy it in game, not so much in eal life haha. Great job overall, totally adore this outfit, it's soo me.

Post #11: I like the yellow rosette dress and the accessories etc work well with it too. Don't care much for mint color in clothing. Or lavender. But I like the beige outfit that says Dream above it, it's so etheral and flowy, but also very neutral, love the heart bracelet, I want something like that for my avatar also. The navy/purple outfit looks cool too, I like mixing these colors together when it's this shade of purple/bit of magenta in it.

Post #12: I like how everything was put together, every piece seems to compliment another piece, a well though of ensemble. I also really like the grey dress and pink sweater outfit there, it's so cute and I like the dark colored pearls that was chosen for that outfit, this is exactly how I would wear it too. The pale light blue dress I'm not too fond of, but I like the patent beige shoes, bracelet, bag, earring, all the accessories in this outfit are so cute. I also love the lacey beige & black outfit. Don't like the pink jumper at all. But I'm against jumpers in general, I think they belong in the baby isle, it's too baby-ish and silly.

Post #14: Pitch and Shine: All I got to say is wow. The belt really pulls it off. The black is striking the way black should be.

Overall I'm so surprised just how many outfits and items I really like in this week's suggestions thread, it's like someone went through my closet or something! Haha, Great job everyone, love all these suggestions soo much.

I'm itching to get outside the shop! How about an annual sidewalk sale? Or, a patio sale? Also, I would really like to see more of a variety of gifts to give neighbors, the items in the mystery boxes to be not so much of a mystery before purchase, to be able to set up a coffee bar in the shop, and to be able to clothe my mannequins in my choice of outfits. If I can see the fabric close enough, can't zoom in on it much, it looks like something I know called "eyelash" where pieces of thin fabric are layered on top of one another, either that or they're just gathered ruffles. This is actually pretty cute in real life. It adds volume and interest to the fabric.

If the colors of the accessories actually matched the dress it'd be a better catalog. The shoes and accessories match each other but not the dress, I hate the color of the bottom half of the dress.

I didn't designed and colored myself the pictures, I just found them, so anyone can understand that the color is supposed to be the same. I don't think that if TL ever make this a catalogue would make them a different shade of fuchsia. I love both colors but I can understand that a boy can't like a bubblegum hot pink color. :) But we need colors like this in FS.

Just to clarify... AGAIN. I LOVE the shoes, I LOVE the purse, I LOVE the bow (I LOVE LOVE LOVE hair bows), I also LIKE the dress but I would LOVE it more if the color of the bottom half of the dress MATCHED the shoes and hair bow.

I think in the previous poll I posted again this dress with more matching shoes but this time it has everything I want for my avatar, pink dress, shoes, bag and hair bow. Ideas in post #55 are pretty cute, I would turn up the colors a bit though, seems very light/faded on my screen. I'd make it more saturated in color, but I like the direction it's going, very sweet.

Oh and the modern retro dress there in the last picture looks soo much better on the real girl than the model. The model's robotic, boxy and boney look really ruins this dress, it holds a much better shape on the marina person.

It's all pastels and cream's, they show up perfectly on my screens, the lights on your screen must be really bright :/ I'm glad you like Marina's stuff. I love her, her dress sense is so cute. She doesn't dress like this anymore but she still looks fabulous in her new style.

Oh yeah, I forgot I had my screen's brightness really high, had it turned up high for a pc game I play, so I just keep it like that to see better. But either way, after all the really pale colors we got lately in fashion story, I'm ready for more saturated hues.

Some of Marina's outfits have miniskirts but they're a bit hard to find. This style is 1960s suburban youth and suburban housewife and a dash of retro prom, rarely any miniskirts. I'll try to look for some though! I agree, I want those heart heels too.

I like the dress but I would like an embellishment or maybe a belt with a heart on it. It looks a bit plain as is but it is pretty :) Totally for Valentines day. I wouldn't buy it though, I'm not a big fan of single shouldered dresses/tops. They're hard to pull off sometimes.

My friend Maddie mentioned that she would like to redecorate with a 50s theme. We bounced around some ideas and between us, came up with these ideas:

Pink poodle skirt
Pink sweater
Black and white saddle shoes
Scarf (all outfits for catalogs, avatars and a mannequin)
50s jukebox
Red and white '57 Chevy (or a similar type vehicle)
Soda fountain display with lots of red or black barstools, and of course lots of chrome!

Hmm Idk, the only fashion game I play is fashion story and I play less and less of pc games too the more I play TL games. I also don't follow celebrities for fashion. I get most inspiration from my closet and people around me, so I can't find ya these kind of outfits :p

Oh and a suggestion while we're on this thread: since winter is coming up, we could use some more plushy looking PJ's for our shops. Polka dotted fleece like I'm wearing now in grey and pink would be nice and cute and maybe another one with a winter themed printed pattern in deep navy blue.

yeah something with like super soft plushy looking fleece and/or sherpa material that looks like fluffy snow. Also a plushy stuffed animal would be nice to have to go with such catalogues, like a teddy bear or a bunny. Let me see if I can find some pictures.
