Halloween Dragon Story Goal?!

I had a goal to install and play Dragon Story Halloween in all of my Story games but didn't have time to install it right away and now the goal has disappeared. Has this happened to anyone else? Is the goal coming back? I don't want to miss out on the opportunity to receive good or gems!
