I just read all of the pages here and it sounds like I'm not the only one having horrible luck
with skeleton and all the other halloween dragons.
Not got even one yet... I thought I was the only one.
I really hope TL loosens up the odds.. so we can all get a better chance at these
special Halloween dragons.

I don't have it either and you are right it is very frustrating. Different things seem to work for different people, but I tend to stick to the same combination until it works.

Make sure you're using the halloween edition of DragonStory. Also, these dragons will be going away sometime soon (no word on when just yet but I imagine it won't be too long) and then they'll release a Holiday/Christmas edition

Well I,ve tried 40 times and all i,ve got it,s genies, sunrises, royals and 2 trickster, 2 hypnotic. Ah! And 1 peackock. not headless, not wraith and not skeleton. i,ve waist about 600 gold speeding up and know I,m not sure if trying any more or giving up! I think that this it,s not working well. i can understand that must be a bit difficult to get some dragons, but some people can get them so easy!!!!! I,m not having fun anymore cause I,m not getting new dragons, thinking i,ll quit soon.

Skeleton is the breed I FIRST attempted when the Halloween edition came out. No idea how many times I paired Gold with Luck, but yesterday, after Spider escaped me, I tried this combo again and got 25 hours. I will be nesting it in a few hours. Big relief.
My neighbor, Dragonville (aka DT1) got it by pairing Royal & Hypnotic, I believe; but I was NOT going to risk putting purple on both sides of my den.

I REALLY REALLY hope one of these combos works for you guys, bc I luckily got mine as soon as the Halloween edition came out it was the one I wanted most and I got it on about my 4th try using combo 1... But my gf and my cousin both didnt have it and I felt bad when I saw the timer so I took their games and got it fairly quick using those 2 combos ( this is after trying a million times for them like a week ago) .... so GL GL GL!!!!!!

Can't believe it! Finally got Skeleton last night after countless tries with Luck and Sunrise. That combo seemed to avoid producing 24hr Sunrises the most. Missed out on almost all the Halloween dragons except for Pumpkin (the one I didn't particularly care for) but I really wanted the Skeleton so I'm happy. I guess it's on to Raven tries now.

I am so upset and disappointed with this game right now. I've blown all my gold, which included actually spending real money, speeding up countless stupid fails just to not get Skeleton. This dragon was too hard to get. Then I used boosted breed 4 times only to have it yield me a Genie, Sunrise, Genie and Griffin. Wow. Thanks a lot Team Lava. pretty sure I'm not ever spending my money with you again.

Trying to get it, no luck so far on ALL the Halloween-dragons for me... but, I got Music and Leopard as fails, which I didn't have, so it's not all bad. Funny thing is, that I now have 4 Musics... I've noticed that before: once I got a wanted dragon, I keep on breeding that one for quite some time.

Jester/ligt gave me trickster, chess and griffin.
Winddancer/ligt gave me genie. I used boosted breed 3 times with this combo an got 3 griffins.

Winddancer/diamond boosted breed and bumm 25 hrs. I'm so happy. I want skeleton from last year.

25 hours on my breeder! I'm so excited, tried really hard to get this last year and failed. Used Winddancer and Diamond, had 2 Sunrise, 2 Genie, and 1 Trickster as fails. Hoped for a Music as a fail but no luck there.

I caved and just bought it out right. I had a sunrise fail, have always wanted one since it's release and thought if I have the gold already, why not. It's worth it as I think it's the best designed for the three headed dragon, & my haunted habitat could so use him. I also want to try for the winter rose dragon instead.

It's been an expensive halloween for me, as I also grabbed the Spider. Good thing I got all those gold giving dragons when they were first released on sale :D

Honestly, we were never gonna get it. I've been trying quietly every day using gold to speed, boosted (all my boosts produced commons. 24, 8,17.), etc. but nothing. I definitely did almost 40 tries. It's not even about luck. Some islands plain won't get a dragon. I spent more gold than the asking price of 800. I'm not complaining since I quit this bizarre game a long time ago. Just wanted to make you feel better for not getting it. :)
