Still waiting for transfer after ios 7 update reset games

I'd updated my ipad to ios 7 and all my teamlava/ storm 8 games reset. I'd written to support@teamlava.com, even created a new id and sent all the information they requested but my account still hasn't been transferred back! Please help me get my account back!
