Keeps force closing

Ok this morning I checked in on my game just fine like always but now when I try to open DS it just keeps force closing. Any suggestions? Playing on an iPad mini.

As usually, I just entered the game and it was crashing a lot of times and never stopping. I erased and redownloaded the app or reseted the device but it is still crashing. What can I do now to enter the game? The same thing happens with my bro's device.

Not sure if anybody else is having this problem but I open DS and before I can do anything after the news comes up it closes by itself! I have opened multiple other apps and DS is the only one doing it, I forced closed and restarted my iPad no change please help!

I'm on IOS and having the same problem as of a few minutes ago. Sparky's Turf :( I reset my phone, checked for updates plus rested the app to no avail. Other apps are working fine.

Ipad 3- OS 7.0.2. game version 1.7- No crashing

I think TeamLava has to extend the time for the Knight dragon and summoning dragons, cause its unfair since the game keeps crashing. Or they should give the Knight dragon to everyone for free!

Me too have this problem. Playing latest vers of DS but on ipad1. Does it something to do with the iOS cos mine can't update further only up to ios 5.3.1. Usually game crashed quite frequently like after a couple of collection, or visits to nbr. But now same like u guys, can't get pass the news page!!!! Now trying for kite hoping to get the last material for knight!!! So not only the dragon summoning should extend, the knight should be extended too!!!!!!

The issue yesterday was fixed. Try restarting your device.

Try going under your settings-safari-and clear cookies and data.
Try Hard reset of your iPhone- Hold down home and power button at the same time until you see the apple sign.
Make sure you have forced closed out all the apps running in the background.

How do I know if an app is running? Sorry for all the questions, I just want to make sure I do this right.

Closing out the cookies and data I think was the missing link. I had restarted it in every way possible to no avail, but, when I deleted the cookies and data first and then shut it down as instructed, Dragon Story was once again accessible. Thank You again for your assistance! You're the best!

The Halloween version keeps crashing. I can be visiting a neighbor or just collecting from habitats and it just shuts down completely. I did not have this problem with the version before this. I am on iOS using IPhone 4s if that helps.

it was bad enough when we had tropics but it's gotten worse-never had the shut down before and i'm not the only person with this problem.sometimes the bit where you can report the problem ( and i DO every time) stops responding also and one has to force close IF one can.waste of time clearing cache,reinstalling etc etc etc.i've never had any problems with farm,restaurant,bakery,fashion or pet story so this is obviously down to TL to sort out-yes we can all laugh at that.on android btw

I am having constant force close issues on Android. It's been going on for over a month now.
I struggle to respond to map requests, visit neighbours and cannot invite anyone to he friends at all as the game just crashes everytime.
I can't send map requests either.
Please can someone have a look into our android force close issues?

This issue is on Android for a long time, a whole thread is dedicated to this. Some wait for a fix for months on Andro. My own DS slowly deterioriates, the more dragons I have. At least I still can visit one (!) other island at my own level or some of much lower level before crash. When requesting maps, the crash happenes also, but the request goes out in spite of the crash. Even when I purchase some gold this thing crashes. First I thought it is only a Memory-problem, but after some calculations I figured out this cannot be the case, with enough Cache left free, everytime a crash comes.

It always (!) crashes when someone is visiting my island when I am myself online. This is a new detail I figured out in the last two weeks of endless crashes.
