Question about buying Decorations before goals

I bought 1 Twisted Cupcake Tree and 3 Jack O'Counters and just finding out that its part of some of the new Halloween goals I have yet to receive, my question will they be accounted for when I do receive the goals? will it say 1 of 2 Twisted Cupcake Tree and 3 of 4 Jack O' Counters ..or will have to buy all that stuff again?

Normally if the goal says "buy" you will need to buy them again.
If the goal says "have" then most of the time, when you reach that goal, it will complete and go onto the next goal.
