I read some time ago, that updating to the new ios version could cause harm to the game, so to wait until TL had released a compatible update for the game...
is this true, and if so, can I update my ios system yet, or when can I do this?

Since the iOS update I've lost all my games I've added them again bakers story , resturant story now I'm back to level 1 and with no storm id do you knew how to change it

that should not have happened. uninstall and redownload!
otherwise, you should know your password and username (well, you're logged in here, so if that's your account then you should be able to get your games back)

To be honest, I don't like the IOS 7 update. Looks too much like android, I like the old version better, wish I never upgraded.

You can update to IOS 7 now.
Make sure that you have set up a storm ID for your games.
Also for each game make sure you have downloaded the most current versions of the games.
(make sure you have all the regular games downloaded to your device(not the seasonal versions).
