Please help!

I have been playing Restaurant Story for a while now, and I got it pretty much all figured out. But I have a new goal that i've been trying to complete, and it says I need to buy an appliance, but its greyed out and says goal. What does this mean, and how can I complete my goal?

Complete the other goals in the set to unlock it. Goal sets are kinda confusing like that - Part of one will unlock part of another one, and back and forth like that, and you'll be working between two or three goals for a while until they all unlock each other and come together in the end. Just work on the parts that are available and eventually you'll get it all opened up. :D
