New player: how do I log in with my existing Storm8 ID?

I've just added Dragon Story on my iPad (iOS 7.1.1) but cannot find a way to sign in using my existing Storm8 ID. I don't want multiple IDs if I can avoid it- any ideas?

Install Racing Live (by Storm8), play it to level 2, then go to 'Home' on it & it has a transfer option, that will transfer all your TeamLava games to your iPad. :)

Oh - If you've already set up an ID on the iPad before seeing this post, you'll have to email support ( support@teamlava.com ) and have them transfer your game for you.
