The goal says I need to buy wallpaper, times, and chairs. I have all those items, but it only tells me that I've got all the chairs I need. Why doesn't it recognize the wallpaper and tiles?

If the goal says buy you have to buy after receiving the goal. If it says have it counts ones you've brought previously

But I bought all the items before the goal. so why is it counting the chairs and not the wallpaper or tiles?
