Habitat for the new tournament dragon?

I missed the last tournament and im trying this time but, the habitat for the new baby isnt in my marketplace. Ive removed and reinstalled DS, and i restarted my device. Im playing on a mini ipad version 7 and my game is 1.7. Anyone else with this issue? Any advice or suggestions?

Please look for the Champion habitat in the Market. Also, if you tap on the egg, it'll give you the option to buy a habitat and will take you to the Market.
