No tickets

My royal exchange has NO tickets ,,, for land,,, I can open up one piece of land this morning , and my royal exchange , does not give me the option to buy the land tickets!!! what's up with that!!! I need land, please give me the option,, is this a bug, or do we have to wait for another up date,, been to the iTunes Store to see if there was one,, there is not ,, right now any ways ,, is any body esle having this problem,,

I have the same issue - no expansion permits available in the exchange. Mine disappeared back in July. I assumed it was because I had expanded to all of the slots that required one.
