Question about goals...

So I want to buy the Halloween tables that came out in update but they're locked for me even though I am level 50. I assuming because I didn't complete last years Halloween goals. Is there anyway I can get these at all, do they unlock with other goals, I haven't done pretty much half the goals, or will they just be locked for me forever?

It's not because of your level that it is locked. It is a goal item. You have to finish the slime time goal which requires you to buy the new machine and serve 8 drinks
