Can't visit a non-neighbor

Some one visited me and I hit the "visit" button to take me to their kingdom to pay them back, and it doesn't work. Nothing happens. I can keep hitting the button, but I don't go anywhere and it doesn't throw me out of the dialog box. Anyone else have this issue and why might that be? Thanks in advance for any explanation!

I've had that happen to me several times and wondered the same thing. Try tapping the name instead if the visit button and let me know if that works. If it does, then I'll know what to do next time it happens again to me.

This has also been happening randomly to me. Some non neighbours are ok but some it sticks and won't go visit. Haven't trice the name trick. Will do now. Thanks!
